Instant Savings Bill Levkoff 730

This is a beautiful navy blue floor-length Bill Levkoff gown I bought as a bridesmaid dress. Style 730, but the gathering at the waistline was altered slightly to make it less bunched and more flattering, similar to style 1162. The measurements are roughly 34-36" bust, 28" waist, hips open. Length from top of shoulder to bottom hem is 60". Tag lists 10 but fits more like a street size 6-8.
