I'm usually a size 0-2 US. I weigh about 117 lbs and I'm 5'4".
I didn't make any length alterations but wore YSL Wedge sandals in Ivory (5" (130mm) heel; 2" platform). If you are 5'4" or shorter I would recommend getting this altered.
My wedding was indoor and we didn't go outside of the venue for any photos, etc.
