This is a gorgeous Jenny Yoo Bridesmaid dress, style JY514. The dress can be worn far off the shoulders or higher up. I purchased this dress for $200. It was worn just one time, for 5 hours. It's in excellent condition and has been dry-cleaned. The dress does run small, so a size 10-12 would fit perfectly in this dress.
