Slightly above the knee, dark navy dress with full skirt (and pockets!) and sheer neck. I wore this to a wedding and it was beautiful but I don't anticipate wearing it again in the future.
Skirt has layers of tulle to make it poofier. Bodice has lace and neck is sheer.
